Yes, we can take up your corrections into the draft. But we can then not guarantee that you will still receive the completed application within 10 days from the initial date.
You will receive a patent application that you can file at the European Patent Office or at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), and this patent application will be readily accepted without any formality objection being raised. Many other patent offices will also accept our patent applications in the same way.

Here is what our clients say about us:
"Invaluable guidance for building a business off of an innovative idea!"
Martin Schweiger’s 4×4 Innovation Strategy has invaluable guidance for budding entrepreneurs looking to build a business off of an innovative idea. Its methodical approach has helped me avoid legal traps which most other avenues don’t warn you of, all while proving the idea at the fastest possible speed. Thanks to his genuine desire to guide entrepreneurs, we’ve managed to systematically develop an innovative product with proven demand while ensuring that we always had protectable IP.
"Extremely knowledgeable about the patent process, patent strategy and how to make it work for you."
Extremely knowledgeable about the patent process, patent strategy and how to make it work for you. Martin and his team are easy to work with. Their knowledge saved us a ton of money where previous patent attorney’s I have worked capitalized on my lack of knowledge of the patent process. They are definitely a value-added trusted patent advisor where others I have worked with are value-subtracted. I would definitely recommend without any hesitation Martin and his team to anyone who has patent needs.
"IP strategy that leads to robust and cost effective patent filings across several geographies."
As a co-founder of a technology startup I had a rare opportunity to participate in a hearing with the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS). At the time, we had received three office actions, in which the examiner rejected our patent application because of a perceived lack of inventive step. We had replied with extensive substantive arguments, to which the examiner replied with new clarity objections, still rejecting our patent application. After careful preparation by Martin and his team – we attended the hearing at IPOS together with him and his senior patent engineer Tan Chong Teck. Martin was extremely focused on clarifying the outstanding questions from examiner which allowed us to answer these with the support of documentation available. Martin clearly explained the situation to the Examiner, citing fact and reasoning. It was a rare moment for me to see Martin use the full width of his professional expertise to secure the patent for us.
"Our patent applications played a convincing role in selling and licensing our idea to an investor."
Martin is not only a highly skilled patent lawyer but also a versatile engineer. Initially he and his team helped us with a very complex patent in the domain of acoustic signal processing. Martin was recommended to me as an outstanding patent lawyer, but he turned out to be the right person who was going support us creating a successful patent portfolio. He added value to our fairly complicated patents not only on his legal but also technical strength. Martin impressed me in many respects: He proved to be super-professional, always using the right words, being straight-forward, and moving in the right direction. Briefly, he listened carefully to our legal and technical concerns with a lot of patience even when we had to run night shifts together to meet submission deadlines. And he was very understanding of the fact that we were working with a limited budget. It was ultimately our patent applications that played a convincing role in selling and licensing our idea to an investor.
"A pleasure to work with folks who not only know the legal ropes but also get the engineering and technical aspects."
Martin provides high-quality intellectual property legal advice, packed into a personal experience. It has been a pleasure to work with folks who not only know the legal ropes but also get the engineering and technical aspects. Martin is not only very approachable, helpful and quick to understand complex issues for our patent applications. One of the most impressive experiences with Martin was when he helped me negotiate a very favorable service agreement with a much larger competitor. This service agreement relationship with our competitor later – as my company grew bigger – turned sour, and it came out in court that one of the regulations that Martin had worded into the original service agreement ultimately saved my company. I would highly recommend Martin and his team.
"Martin and his team are very easy to work with, and focus on a capital efficient process."
I’ve been working with Martin here in Singapore over the years and found him and his team to be extremely knowledgeable about the patent process, innovation strategy and how to make it work for innovators and entrepreneurs. Martin and his team are very easy to work with and focus on a capital-efficient process that is in line with lean startup practices. While based in Singapore, Martin’s team can work around the world. Martin is definitely a value-add trusted patent and trademark advisor – and I see him as an extension of our team. I definitely recommend without any hesitation Martin and his team to ANYONE who has any patent and trademark needs!
"Consider it done."
Martin and his teams in Munich and Singapore took the East-Asia and Germany roles in a world-wide anti-counterfeiting team that my firm managed for a big MNC from Germany. One single sentence describes best how working with him is: “consider it done”.
"They are able to draft patent applications with a minimal input, even for business methods."
Martin and his team has been the exclusive firm we have used for all our patent and trademark applications from Day 1. I would recommend them to anyone in Europe or SE-Asia. At the end of the day, good patents get written and approved by people. Getting a patent approved by an examiner requires a conversation between human beings. Martin and his team excel at that human element of the patent process and have always come through for us. One of the things I most appreciate about Martin and his team is their straightforward approach when it comes to patent drafting. Martin and his team are quick to convert difficult technical subject matter into a patentable description of an invention. They are able to draft patent applications with a minimal input, even for business methods. Martin and his team are brilliant at what they do but they never make you feel stupid for not being an expert in the confusing, esoteric world of Patent Law. They handle that aspect and let you focus on running your business and developing new solutions for your clients. We have already recommended Martin and his team to several friends and colleagues. We sincerely appreciate all the help they have given us so far.
"Professional work with software patents."
We are glad that we had chosen Schweiger & Partners to help us with software patent. They had worked professionally to guide us through the IP journey and advise us along the way. This really helped us who have totally no idea about IP and patent.
