The Process

You Provide:

A detailed, concise, and coherent invention disclosure, as detailed as possible.

Your invention disclosure:

    • follows a questionnaire that we provide to you,
    • is one to three A4 pages long, and
    • is supported by one to three figures in black & white line drawings (no gray scale)

That’s it!

We Deliver:

    • A 15-page long patent application, including 10 patent claims (*) in one single category
    • One to three patent drawings (**), based on the patent drawings in the invention disclosure
    • The patent application is ready-to-file
    • Delivery time: 10 working days after formal acceptance of the order, which is usually right after receipt of the complete invention disclosure
    • 15-point quality inspection certificate

(*) we provide so-called “means-plus-function” claims for devices in in our fixed-fee patent framework
(**) we select the 3 most relevant figures from your invention disclosure if you supply more than 3 figures

Important Note: there will be no inventor’s discussion, no added subject matter beyond original invention disclosure, no amendments of our draft (except if it is for correcting any mistakes).

And we will charge a flat fee that starts at just S$5,000.

Companies and Sole Inventors who want to file a high-quality patent application in very short time

Immediately after receipt of the complete invention disclosure in the required format.

“10 working days” does not include weekends and public holidays.

Yes, we can take up your corrections into the draft. But we can then not guarantee that you will still receive the completed application within 10 days from the initial date.

You will receive a patent application that you can file at the European Patent Office or at the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS), and this patent application will be readily accepted without any formality objection being raised. Many other patent offices will also accept our patent applications in the same way.

We have a 15 point quality inspection checklist that we have developed with over 20 years of experience in patent drafting. You can download our quality inspection checklist below.

Get started with drafting your Patent Application, starting at just S$5,000!

We need to check for conflicts of interest before we can start working on your patent application because it is the law for Singapore Patent Attorneys. Once we are done with that, we will send you a questionnaire to make sure we can work together. To get started, please give us your email address below.

Please note that there are no fees associated with the above steps. Costs will only apply once you explicitly give us an order to proceed with the work.

We deliver within Ten (10) working days or less*. If we take longer to deliver, then you pay nothing.

*No discussion with inventors, no added subject matter beyond original invention disclosure, no amendments of our draft (except if it is for correcting any mistakes done by us).
